Newtown Square
This suburban community just west of Philadelphia that features homes nestled in the countryside, a vibrant downtown, and a deep connection with its history. Residents love this small town with its tight-knit community and The Newtown Square neighborhood may be small, but it's packed with historical buildings, including some of the oldest historical sites in Pennsylvania. The Square Tavern, Bartram's Covered Bridge, and the Paper Mill House are just a few. Newtown Square is also known for its beautiful landscapes with old barns and stone houses . Many homes and historical buildings date from the 1700s and 1800s, and they help set the tone for life in a community that appreciates its deep roots. The town celebrates its historic
heritage through a variety of museums, including the Paper Mill House Museum and the Railroad Museum. Newtown Square is also home to SAP national headquarters and is located on a beautiful campus to maintain the beautiful look of Newtown Square.

Transportation and Travel
Newtown Square is located about 25 miles west of Philadelphia, and it's close to major interstates such as the Blue Route, Route 202, I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. This makes it very accessible to the Jersey shore and the Pocono mountains as well as Delaware. The travel into the city is fairly easy with about a 30 minute commute Regular bus service is also available and, if you travel a short distance by bus or car, you can take a SEPTA Regional Rail train into Philadelphia. Short commute to the King of Prussia Mall. This is a very walkable community and enhanced by its number of transportation choices.
